Facit Digital is a partner of Consorsbank in the implementation of a comprehensive user-centred management of the website, apps and other digital undertakings.

Co-creation for the user-centred design of the “Markets and prices” area

To meet the needs of users in the information area of the website for markets and securities as well, Facit Digital conducted digital co-creation sessions with selected customers and interested parties. Under the guidance of our moderator, small groups of 3-5 users each worked out, discussed and collated the contents of a new securities portrait page to be created. Collating and discussing the contents was a very helpful way to understand the requirements and desires of the users.

Co-creation sessions are a true innovative approach for gaining in-depth conceptual insights. It was exciting to look over the shoulders of our customers to see how they designed individual pages. The findings from this study helped enormously to advance the design of the new website areas.
